In a modern setting with the colors of Provence, several frescoes and columns decorate the 45-cover retaurant, in the center of Hyères on the main street. The premises were originally destined for storing bananas from Africa and the sale of fruits and vegetables at auctions. Created in 1988, Les Jardins de Bacchus practices a gastronomic cuisine with respect for products, the right cooking and impeccable service. A wine cellar with 200 different types of wines from Provence and other regions of France.
