Sea scallops flan and deep fried cray-fish tempura, served with fennel flavoured focaccia bread and cep mushroom jam.
Pan fried filet of sea-bass and truffle mashed, potatoes served with marinated mushroom, and shell-fish in a thyme juice.
Saddle of lomb stuffed it tapenade, parmesan cheese and sundried tomato, and garnished with artichokes.
