The Château de Berne is one of these estates which are appearing more often. A creator of unique Côtes de Provence, the estate
intentionally hidden in the Var valley welcomes you into the enchanting surroundings of its restaurant where a warm, colourful
cuisine owes much to the produce of the Provencal region.
2 rooms: 40 guests each one - Terrace: 40 guests
4 star hotel: 19 rooms, member of Châteaux et Hôtels de
France and HotelCert, swimming pool, private spa.
Seminars and groups are welcome in November and
December.

Duck foie gras, pear confit with Semillon, gentle spices, fleur de sel and Szechuan pepper
Roasted gambas, Provencal eggplant paste with spanish chorizo,

Quickly fried St Jacques, Vitelotte potato with garlic and herb butter, tapioca cream with veal stock and morels
Roasted center cut of lamb chop from Sisteron, creamy eggplant with olive paste, crunchy parmesan, garlic mayonnaise

Sweet pleasures shared around the “grands crus” of chocolate
The return of our childhood, French toasted bun, crème brûlée with vanilla of Bourbon, roasted, strawberries,
lollipop of chocolate and vanilla ice cream with blown cereals
